Poured from bottle into a pint glass

Appearance- Pours a clear golden color with a one finger fizzy white head. The head fades quite fast to leave only a very light level of lacing.

Smell- The aroma was a mix of bready malt, corn, and a light caramel sweetness.

Taste – The taste was as the nose would suggest and was a little on the sweeter side. It begins with a mix of caramel sweetness with some notes of corn and flavors of a malty breadiness. As the taste advances further it crisps up more as the sweeter flavors dwindle slightly and some light citrus hop flavors come to the tongue. In the end a crisp but still semi-sweet flavor is left to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was on the thinner side and was rather crisp, with the carbonation level being medium to high. Both were pretty nice of the sweeter and crisper flavors of the brew.

Overall – It is an easy drinking lager that is rather refreshing and nice for spicy Indian food, but is really is nothing special or to pine over.

From a 12 oz bottle consumed with spicy Indian food. Poured a very light yellow with almost no head and no lacing. Nose was caramel malts with some fruit aroma. Mouthfeel was very light, and the flavor was very sweet with lots of malts. Short, dry finish. Drinkable, but not by very much.
