Pours a clear golden with a lot of carbonation and a fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly into a cap. Pineapple and pepper stand out on the nose with some citrusy notes in the background. Taste is bitter, but not harsh, and some fruity sweetness hits you in the middle. Medium bodied and slightly sticky mouthfeel to this one, and it leaves behind a fruit juice aftertaste.

Overall: One to get when you see it for sure, nothing to go out of the way for.

On tap at the brewery, quick review from written notes.

Pale bright gold and very clear and sharp like a helles lager. Compact head of white foam, drippy arcs of sudsy lacing stick to the glass. Thin veil on the surface.

Softly sweet aroma of juicy citrus.

Bittersweet & hoppy, light flavor of juicyfruit gum and grapefruit pith. Light bodied and subtle, traces of toasted kernels, with a dry, lingering bitter aftertaste. Supple feel and very drinkable. A nice local wet hop IPA that i'll definitely drink again when the opportunity arises.
