A-Clear yellow orange, one finger head that leaves some lacing.

S-Good deal of bread/wheat to start and some citrus hops.

T-Once again starts with bread and wheat and toast. Ends with citrus and slight bitterness. But not enough to fully balance the beer out.

M-Medium to light in body with nice carbonation and a crisp dry finish.

Pours clear light golden in color with a one finger white head that retains decently. Looks some what thin and light.

Smell has Some nice hop aromas. Slight pine and citrus aromas are blended with more pronounced herbal hop aromas and some floral notes. I almost detect a very faint vinegar presence in the finish. Others with me do not agree.

Taste has some good interesting hop flavors. Primarily herbal and slightly spice like hops forward. Herbal flavors lasts into the malt, cutting the rich lightly sweet grainy malt.

Mouthfeel is great. Crisp and refreshing. Lots of hop oils and moderate carbonation. Very well balanced.

A: Really clear with light straw and gold in color. Nice head that lingers a bit.
S : Slightly grassy, notes of apricot/lemon with some pine
F : Grassy with pine and lemon
Overall I felt it had a really nice balance, not really bitter and hoppy and has a nice malt backbone to go along with it.

Appearance is a golden yellow color with a two finger white bubbly head.
Aroma is sweet, apricots, citrus.
Flavor is citrus, apricot, sweet malt.
Mouthfeel is not dry. There's a balanced mild bitterness.
The flavor doesn't linger at all.
Keeps you going back for more.

A: Brilliantly clear dark straw of light gold in color. Forms a moderate sized white head. Decent retention. Light lacing.

S: Aroma is subdued. What is there is sweetly floral with a bit of orange.

T: Taste is the same, but this is a lighter beer. Lots of floral hops with notes of candied citrus rind, but the hops are bordering on soapiness and there are virtually no malts to balance it out. That said, this isn't a hop-bomb. Nowhere close even. It's just a very light beer that happens to have not a lot going for it.

M: Lighter body. Light-medium carbonation. Lower bitterness.

O: I'm not so sure about this beer. With the light, floral profile, maybe this beer would be better suited for the warmer summer months. Regardless, I didn't care for it much and Revolution's hero beers are typically quite enjoyable.

Appearance is very pale and clear. Nice lacing, not much head retention. Nose is floral with notes of grapefruit, grass, and grain. Taste is less bitter than anti hero and a little smoother. Mild bitterness on the finish and very dry. Mouthfeel is light and well carbonated. Overall, this is the least exciting of the hero variants, but a solid IPA nonetheless.
