A unique yet simple pale ale brewed with all Vienna malt and Mandarina hops imparting sweet citrus flavors.
We brewed this beer to highlight a couple of the new German hop varieties available to us through Hop Head Farms: Polaris for bittering, and the rest is Mandarina for flavor, aroma, and dry-hopping. These are wonderfully aromatic, floral hop, with candy-like notes of sweet orange. It finishes fairly dry, with a medium hop bitterness.
