Poured a deep amber/reddish color. This one wasn't skewed pink, as others have had.
Slight tart smell, but not overpowering.
Clean, crisp, drinkable beer with just a bit of tart right at the end.
A refreshing feel, a nice spice/tart thing going on.
A good beer. Nothing remarkable or memorable, but a good beer.

I had this in a becker pint. Reviewed from notes.
The beer is a pinkish-ruby with a fine finger of tan foam. I really like the look of this one! Kind of novel.
Definitely has a sweeter and, of course, flowery bouquet coming out of this glass. Everything from lemon zest, orange rind, honey, grapes, a pilsner malt, and red cherries. I like this!
The palate surprises me with some sour and tangy notes. The cherry is much bigger at mid-palate than in the nose. There is still a since of honey here, but add in red delicious apples, red grapes, and some lemon. The hibiscus is big in the swallow, not as much at mid-palate. The malt is very light and more crackery. It is hard to decide if the malt works or not. Everything else about the flavors here are fine, great in fact.
The feel is also a nice medium, and there is decent carb creaminess when I swish this one around. Very easy to drink.
Some people may find Rosa too sweet, but I like her how she is. The malt bill is what really throws this beer off. Nothing off the top of my head comes to mind as a good sub for it, but the complexity and excellent blend of spiced flavors helps make up for it.
