On-tap at the brewpub. Served in a 5oz taster glass.
A - Pale straw body, topped with white foam that settles to wisps and a collar. Some spolotchy lace lingers on the sides of the glass.
S - Noble hops impart lemon, grass, and dandelion. Lightly bready and sweet malt backdrop.
T - The taste is a bit more malt-forward, with distinctive pilsner malt, buttered biscuit, bread, and mild sweetness. Less hop flavor, but some mild bitterness is present. Finish is a bit crackery.
M - Crisp and refreshing medium-light body, pleasant moderate carbonation, and a dry, clean finish.
D - A well-made pils, and sub-7% beer beer from Revolution that I would actually drink in mug format. Good session option with sufficient intensity to keep things interesting.
