Brewmaster Jim's wedding brew. Smooth and easy drinking porter brimming with chocolate flavor and a kiss of earthy and herbal hop aroma.

Jason ordered this off hand-pump and said it was good, so I ordered a taster. Didn't have any idea what it was until later, as it wasn't listed on Revolution's website.
A - Creamy tan foam lingers, leaving behind a few specks of lace. Dark brown body with a light ruby tinge at the edges of the glass. Spot-on for an English Porter.
S - Big roast, with notes of sugar cookie, biscuit, nuts, and perhaps a hint of coffee in there.
T - Taste is quite similar, with toasted malts, nuts, a touch of cocoa, with a lightly charry finish. Not overly bitter or astringent though; just the right amount of char.
M - Creamy and smooth medium body, lower carbonation, and no perceptible alcohol. Again, it's pretty style-appropriate.
D - A nice English porter. Would drink this one again, and a definite contrast to Eugene. Could handily drink an entire Imperial pint of this one.
