First, I just have to say that, like many others, I really like the stubby bottle. Not only does it give a true imported look, but it also has a nostalgic feel to it. I just wish it was a twist off top.
A: Pours a nice semi-heavy golden color and, even though it's sort of thin for a lager, it sticks to the side of the glass quite nicely. Little to no head, though, which knocks down the score. The head wasn't a fraction of an inch tall and disappears almost instantly.
S: Has a nice smell of hops, but not too overpowering. The aroma has a niceness to it, it almost smells thicker than it really is.
T: Not bad. Has a nice citrus snap at first with a slight bitter ending. Aftertaste is almost non-existant, which is either good or bad, depending on your tastes. My father thinks I'm crazy, but to me it tastes like a Budweiser and not a lager.
M: Very slick, yet leaves a nice, quick coating of the mouth. Goes down smoothly.
D: Pretty high. Easy to drink a couple on a hot day, but also one to reach for on a fairly regular basis.
