12oz cold bottle into pint glass
Appearance - Yellow and fizzy, if it wasn't for the good head retention and lacing one could mistake this for BMC junk. This look is pretty much par for the style though, so not too bad.
Smell - Clean...nice fresh, slightly sweet fruity/piney hop blast, kind of getting that dank/fusel thing going on
Feel/Taste - Light body as expected, gentle scrubbing carb suits it perfectly, very refreshing. Taste follows suit with the nose with immediate tropical/stone fruit burst, citrus, and piney hop goodness. Trails off with some light biscuity malt and moderate bitterness.
Overall - This is one of only two "session" IPAs I've truly enjoyed, the other being Stone Go-To. This is very similar, with ample, delicious hops and a nice, light malt backbone. Like all good beers, it's well balanced. I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of the style at all, but this is a well-crafted brew for what it is, and I'd never turn one down.

Pale yellow with a fluffy white foam head. Bread, oranges, and herbal in the nose. Light-bodied, grapefruit, citric, grassy, tannic, orange rinds with a dry, mineral finish. Packed with flavor and extremely drinkable.
A very solid session beer for those looking for light and hoppy.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a medium creamy white head that goes to a thin film, leaves a little lacing and then almost disappears.
The aroma is very subdued - slightly vegetative, piney, resiny hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with some spicy, peppery, piney hops. The mouthfeel is light bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, an OK blandish session IPA. There's almost no nose, it's pretty thin, the flavors are OK but it's a bit on the sweet side.

Appearance: 1 inch head, gold in color, high carbonation, clear
Smell: tangerines and tropical fruits
Taste: tangerine, toasted malt, orange, light grapefruit and pine
Mouthfeel: slightly bitter, light bodied with high carbonation
Overall: A nice, citrusy and light IPA. I like other beers from Firestone Walker better, but if I am looking for a nice IPA to sip, I will reach for this.
