Appearance - Pours crystal clear and golden in color with a finger's worth of white head. Fair retention, resulting in a broken layer of suds across the surface. Very little in the way of lacing, but what's there is small and spotty.
Smell - An bouquet of citrus aroma: tangerine and orange with touches of grapefruit.
Taste - Big tangerine citrus flavor, along with a moderate bitterness likened to a stone fruit pit. Faint breadiness. Finish is light citrus pith.
Mouthfeel - Light in body with fairly lively carbonation. Goes down nice and easy, with a dry finish.
Overall - Pretty much in line with all the other Session IPA's I've had. Big flavor and easy to drink, without much complexity. Easy Jack is an apt name.

Pale yellow with a fluffy white foam head. Bread, oranges, and herbal in the nose. Light-bodied, grapefruit, citric, grassy, tannic, orange rinds with a dry, mineral finish. Packed with flavor and extremely drinkable.
A very solid session beer for those looking for light and hoppy.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a medium creamy white head that goes to a thin film, leaves a little lacing and then almost disappears.
The aroma is very subdued - slightly vegetative, piney, resiny hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with some spicy, peppery, piney hops. The mouthfeel is light bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, an OK blandish session IPA. There's almost no nose, it's pretty thin, the flavors are OK but it's a bit on the sweet side.

Appearance: 1 inch head, gold in color, high carbonation, clear
Smell: tangerines and tropical fruits
Taste: tangerine, toasted malt, orange, light grapefruit and pine
Mouthfeel: slightly bitter, light bodied with high carbonation
Overall: A nice, citrusy and light IPA. I like other beers from Firestone Walker better, but if I am looking for a nice IPA to sip, I will reach for this.
