Poured from bottle into a chalice glass.

A: Almost an amber color, not quite as dark or deep but a nice orangish color with a creamy just off-white head. I poured this 20 mins ago and let it settle and the head hasn't dissipated at all.
S: Floral, grapefruit. Definitely more floral than piney.
T: Delicious? It is a really really good IPA. Hoppy but not overwhelming. Hops taste like they smell to me, floral, citrusy. A bit more pine in the taste than I picked up in the nose. Crisp, clean. Really balanced with the malts and the alcohol is subtle. Doesn't take like 7.5%. Nice clean finish with no lingering bitterness.
M: Best part. Medium body but so smooth. Its silk, in a delicious beer. This beer is making love to my mouth.

This brew pours a beautiful light copper color with 1 1/2 fingers of an off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is of citrus and pine with a light hint of malt. The taste is of orange rind, pineapple and balanced well with sweet malt. The aftertaste is nice and slightly dry and beckons another sip. One of the best single IPA's period.

Poured from a bottle to a duvel tulip. Pours a clear blonde orange with a 2 inch white head that slowly shrinks with great lacing. Aroma is strong. Very floral, grassy, and citric. Taste is grapefruit, caramel, pineapple, mango, papaya, orange, and a touch of lemon. Mouthfeel is medium to thin. Alcohol is invisible. This beer is super sessionable and a perfect go to ipa.

A: Beautiful super-clear dark golden color. Modest carbonation and a good-sized head that dissipates almost immediately. Very little lacing.

S: Very strong grapefruit hops, with a little malty sweetness hiding underneath.

T/M: Grapefruit and citrus right up front, rich and bitter. Nicely balanced by some malty sweetness on the followthrough, and there's a lingering earthy flavor in there as well.

O: This is a really great, perfectly balanced IPA, hoppy and delicious but never overwhelming in any way.

A - Served from a bottle (no date). Nice orange color, clear, with a 1-inch frothy head that dissipates down to 1/2 inch but then stays there. Lots of bubbles.

S - Citrusy hops - grapefruit, some pine. A fairly simple, but pleasant aroma.

T - Wow... For an IPA this has really smooth bitterness. More grapefruit and citrus flavor from the hops. Malt balances out the hops nicely, without being sweet. Goes down really nicely!

M - Dry but not overly so. Has a nice smooth mouthfeel from beginning to end. Light body.

O - Outstanding IPA, probably the best I've had. Flavors are simple but beautifully done. This goes down really easy without any lingering bitterness or dryness that some IPAs have.

Just releasing the cap slightly puffs out a cloud of heavenly, hoppy aroma. Reminds me of opening a bag of hops and putting your nose in it. Paler than most IPAs and an attractive golden in the glass with a long-lasting creamy white head.

Hugely fragrant and seems to get the results that dry hopping was meant to achieve. More resins and fruity noses than actual bitterness. A surprising distillation of hop flavors without punishing the taste buds. Plenty bitter in the aftertaste, but each sip renews the burst of aromatics. Plenty fruity, but more on the mango end of the spectrum the than grapefruit. Some very pleasant malt in the middle.

One of the best IPAs I've tried for my taste buds. Restrained yet full of aroma and flavor. From the 22 oz bottle.
