A= Jet black with a little brown head some nice lacing really good looking beer.

S= From the nose you get bourbon right off the bat however it's a little more complex because you also get chocolate, coffee, and peaty malt.

T= Much like the nose you can tell that this was aged in bourbon barrels you get hints of chocolate and coffee in the aftertaste.

M= Syrupy, oily/greasy with very low carbonation.

O= Overall I thought this was a great beer and could really drink this anytime. I really enjoyed it and I'm glad I got the chance to try this wonderful beer.

Jet, jet black and pours like motor oil. Very thin, fine head of bubbles across the top. Deep rich and roasted aroma. Rather boozey but in a good way. Really reeks of bourbon. Just a big old hunk of rich roasted and bourbon flavor. I was not expecting it to be this rich. Nothing wrong with that though. Vanilla, oak and some sherry notes. Dark chocolate and expresso all over the place as well. Sharp bite from the booze, though it almsot comes as a kick off the barrel aging process, not the beer itself. Thick and syrupy rich body. A touch of an acrid burn but that's definately part of the whole body. A total complete desset beer. I could not finish this is one sitting and am enjoying it again a 2nd day. I have a bottle from last year to enjoy. Will stay a want for sure. Killer beer all in.

Got this from 2beerornot2beer in the Blind Beer Round 6 BIF. Batch 002.

A: Pours a super dark oily brown with a thin mocha head. This beer has some serious legs on it. It coats the glass in a thin greasy film. Very little lacing as it drinks. This beer looks great.

S: I’m picking up some bourbon, vanilla, dark chocolate, and some really nice roasted notes. This beer begs to be sipped. And I shall oblige.

T: This beer starts off a bit sweet with a blast of raisins, but the dark malt and bourbon come to the forefront right after. There are mixed flavors of vanilla, chocolate, caramel, oak, and maybe a little bit of coffee. This beer is legit.

M: Full bodied beer. This brew is sweet, silky, and coating. The flavors linger on the palate for a bit. I'm loving the smoothness of this beer.

O: This beer is damn tasty. All of the aspects are top notch. I’m really diggin’ on the smell and taste of this beer. It’s a wonderfully easy drinking brew.

My favorite beer from my favorite brewery. This is the closest thing to perfection that I have ever tried. I can not understand how there are 28 beers that are rated higher than this on the top 100. I have tried several of the beers that are rated higher, and I just don't see it.

A- Black with copper head

S- Coffee, dark chocolate, cherries, roasted malts, vanilla

T- Oh my goodness. I was in love with the first taste. I actually got in my car quickly and went and bought the other two that were left at the store before I finished it. Coffee and bitter chocolate are the primary flavors- but not overpowering coffee. It is sweet too, with a lot of cherry and vanilla.

M- This is my favorite body. Flat, thick, stays in your mouth.

O- Like I said, a perfect beer. I always take value into account when doing overall, and even though I spent $14 on these, I think it is a great value for this beer
