Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a dense 2 finger cream head that lingers.
Aroma is slightly dank, resin and citrus pith intermingling with caramel malt and floral hop. A hint of onion is evident throughout, but not overpowering.
Flavor is grapefruit dominant, with lemon and pine making an appearance. Caramel malt forms the backbone, and a resiny finish leaves the aftertaste fairly bitter.
Body is somewhat toward the heavy side, with moderate carbonation and an alcohol warmth.
Overall, a pretty well balanced dipa, if there is such a thing. God hop profile, fairly complex with a nice supporting malt flavor.
