Appearance: Pours a golden amber with one finger of a pure white head that left soap-like lacing on the glass.
Smell: Fresh clean hops giving off pine with just a hint of citrus (lemons and tangerines) alongside a very small, smokey malt.
Flavor: A refreshing, sweet nectar. Hop flavors are subdued by honey malts and rosemary, perfectly balancing each other. Malt support is just subtle enough to allow the piney hops to star in the show. This is a goldilocks beer: not too much of one thing and not too little of another.
MF: The body doesn't match the ABV, making it extremely easy to drink. A little coating after the finish along with lingering semi-sweetness prevents this beer from being forgotten.
