Poured a lovely cloudy orange with a one finger sticky white head. Good lacing down the glass.
Aroma has some tropical fruit, grapefruit and a touch of grass. Just a touch of caramel malt.
Starts off with a touch of grapefruit. A bit of caramel malt in the middle, but this is definitely a hop forward beer. Finishes a little grassy with a load of bitter piney resin.
Mouthfeel is medium. Just a touch sticky. Carbonation is good.
Pretty good, but not near the best I've had. The finish is a little bit murky for me. You can't go wrong with this one, but better West Coast DIPA's exist.
