Thanks to bnuno for the awesome trade again!
A: It poured a awesome amber, crystalline yellow body with a small thick head that announced that this beer has low carbonation. Yet, the perfect level of carbonation for this IIPA.
S: Once I've popped the cap, the aroma of citrus and pine came up with such intensity that made Double Jack, possibly, the most aromatic beer I've ever had.
T: Its taste is an amazingly complex combination of pineapple, tangerine, mango, lemon with a small tone of resin and caramel.
M: For a beer with 75 IBUs, the bitterness has a low profile while the beer is still inside the mouth but after the sip it creates the awesome feeling of dry mouth that so much craft brewers want to replicate. Awesome.
O: It was my first IIPA and my first FW beer and I'm convinced, very convinced. This is probably the awesomest american beer I've had until today.
