(22oz bomber, sans label - poured into a fat Chouffe tulip)

L: fairly clean-filtered, light orange-gold liquid... mild haze... nearly rock-solid sponge of dull white foam, soap-sudsy construct... fantastic, stalwart head retention... thick, protruding bands of foam tracks... the hop utilization optimized

S: part tangerine, part lemon-pine... no alcohol... a fruity, almost hard-candy sweetness in the very back... actually, fairly candy-like, as in Sunkist chew jelly candy... the foam retains a nice degree of leafy-'hoppy' character, gives dimension to the smell against the juicy fruit

T: orange creme-y with a spicy-citrus hop bitterness intensified by a pinpoint-sharp alcohol needle... pale malts brightened and dazzled by the fruity hops... lemon and a soft balance of green onion in the aftertaste

F: disgustingly pillowy, dabbed dry with a fresh handkerchief... hop resins cushion the flow and residual blanket on the palate like a misty cloud

O: sarcastic apologies to the others, but FW's Union and Double Jack have to be in the tops for American IPAs - you can taste the talent here... a bomber is definitely the way to go
