Amber with lots of rising bubbles and a persistent creamy head. Smell is subtle caramel and toasty malts. Faint hops in there somewhere. I love the caramel flavors and breadiness of this beer. Hops are rather mild in character, but provide a fine bitter balance. I would like a little less toast in the flavor, however. Mouthfeel is excellent. Fluffy with soft bubbles and a not-too-heavy or thick body. This is a very English tasting pale. I really like it.

Copper color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma of pine, caramels, biscuit malt, condiments, charred oak and licorice.
Taste follows nose. Pleasant flavor with notes of toasted malt, peppery yeast, caramel, charred oak, pine, licorice, mild herbal and tangy citrusy, English hops and green apples. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with good carbonation.
Nice American take on English bitter, tasty but still mellow. Malty but well balanced with a relatively decent amount of hops.

On draft at B&B Burger & Beer in Las Vegas.

Amber copper body with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with sweet breads and a touch of fruit. More malt than hop character. A bit too sweet for my liking. A tad syrupy. Fairly light in body with light bitterness in the finish. Mediocre.
