Bottled on 3/21/2014.
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a flute glass.
Light straw body with fairly active carbonation. A short-lived white foam head collapses and left a good amount of sticky white lacing throughout.
Floral notes dominated the nose. Subtle notes of lemon peel and grains were also present.
The tongue picked up impressive floral and herbal notes up front. Very subtle presence from the grains. There were minor notes of toasted grain but this brew is not focused on the malts. Lemon peel came through pretty well in the finish.
The carbonation was medium/heavy. Light body. Crisp and clean.
Overall this is a killer Pilsener. Great complexities in the hops. It may be hop-heavy but it should not scare away those anti-hop beer-lovers.

Dry hopped with saphire bottled on 6/4/14
Pours a pillow topped off white head. Color is a clear straw yellow with active carbonation in the glass. Lots of lace left.
Flavor profile: Dry, grassy hops. Kind of herbal. Bready like a pils should be. Has a light lemon zest citrus flavor. Light fruitiness.
Mouthfeel: Dry and crisp. Clean. Light bodied. Ends dry.
Overall, a pretty decent pils. Seemed to lack on flavor a little bit. I did enjoy it, however.

Pours golden color with very small head and mild lacing. Strong tropical fruit aroma. Malty tropical fruit taste, especially at the end. Mild hops, but cannot discern any bitterness. Aftertaste is fruity. Now this rating is based on a small sample taste at a bar. I would be willing to try a full glass to see if my rating changes. As of now, it is not really what I look for in a beer. I can see the potential for high ratings, though.
