Poured out of a bottle with bottling date of 12/17/14.
Appearance: Pours a bright golden yellow. Tons of carbonation bubbles visible. Two fingers of eggshell white head forms at the top. Lacing from the head sticks to the top of the glass but no more lacing after that.
Smell: Cake, lemon, grassy and herbal.
Taste: Got your base pilsener here with that kind of corn flavor i associate with the style and hope bitterness in the finish. Hops are grassy/herbal. As the beer warms, the beer seems to balance out better and there is more of a sweetness mixing with the hops. A solid pilsner for sure.
Mouthfeel: slick and a little thing. Lots of carbonation. Hop bitterness lingers.
More exciting than most pilsners.

Dry hopped with saphire bottled on 6/4/14
Pours a pillow topped off white head. Color is a clear straw yellow with active carbonation in the glass. Lots of lace left.
Flavor profile: Dry, grassy hops. Kind of herbal. Bready like a pils should be. Has a light lemon zest citrus flavor. Light fruitiness.
Mouthfeel: Dry and crisp. Clean. Light bodied. Ends dry.
Overall, a pretty decent pils. Seemed to lack on flavor a little bit. I did enjoy it, however.

Pours golden color with very small head and mild lacing. Strong tropical fruit aroma. Malty tropical fruit taste, especially at the end. Mild hops, but cannot discern any bitterness. Aftertaste is fruity. Now this rating is based on a small sample taste at a bar. I would be willing to try a full glass to see if my rating changes. As of now, it is not really what I look for in a beer. I can see the potential for high ratings, though.
