A: Beautiful, pale color, well carbonated, nice fluffy head as it pours, nice clarity.
S: A bit more mild than I expected, mild earthiness, lemony, floral, light cracker maltiness.
T: Very nice, a lot like the aroma, a bit more malt character, very floral, exceptionally clean, slightly spicy. This is how I like my pilsners, although I would have been okay with even more hops. Bitterness is present, but back seat to hops. No skunk or off flavors. Nice grainy malt character. Very refreshing. Nice beer.
M: Light, crisp, dry mouthfeel. Fairly perfect.
O: Very nice beer, nearly flawless, would have preferred even a bit more hops, but really no complaints here.

Pours crystal clear light yellow color with a 2-3 finger foamy white head that was full of bubbles and the brew has tons of carbonation bubbles racing up the beer like champagne; the head faded on the slow side, leaving minimal spotty lacing.

Smells of biscuit, grains, floral hops, light lemon zest, herbs, husky vegetables, faint citrus hops and bread/malt. I thought that the nose would be hoppier since the bottle states “Dry Hopped With Saphir”, but it still smelled like a good pils.

Tastes like it smells but with more floral hops and herbs, including bready malt, biscuit, roasted grains, flowers, light lemon zest, watered down caramel, a mild yeast funk, dry citrus hops and dry grass or hay. Like the nose it was not as hoppy as I expected, but much more flavorful than most basic pils with a slight bitterness that showed how the hops and malts were nearly perfectly balanced in this brew.

Mouthfeel is very light, crisp and thin, with a medium body, average carbonation and a slightly bitter finish that that trails off with some bready or grainy notes. I drank 4 of these tonight, so it's a definite session beer to me as I found it very easy to drink.

Pours light hay yellow, light body, clear, effervescent, decent white head.
Smells bready and hoppy in a spicy / herbal way.
Very refreshing pilsner here. Plenty of Pilsner malt taste but then a bitter flavor ending due to the hops..peppery, but nice fresh grass leads up to it.
Creamy feel and great carbonation for this style makes it a pleasure to sip.
I'd visit this anytime, and will look for it this summer as I could easily see a session with this for the camping weekends.
