A: Pours a beautiful light gold and cloudy with HUGE slowly fading creamy white head and lots of bubbling.
Smell: Awesome: orangey without being excessively sweet or soda like. Light coriander notes with the wheat malt and yeast character showing through. Not overly strong but good character.
Taste: At first like the smell but even better. The orange citrus and bitterness is just strong enough to keep you wanting more with the low levels of spice and yeast filling out the great wheat and orange with a little lemon that keeps you thinking. The lemon is a bit overdone and quickly gets a little tiring.
Mouthfeel: Great, the sour/bitter orange just barely sits on the back of the tongue with a perfect amount of carbonation.
Drinkability: Could guzzle down a few more but the lemon gets a little tiring before the end of this bottle so I would probably go with something else.

My old neighbor and good friend from Oswego gave me a bottle of this beer. It poured a hazy orangish with no head and no lace. The scent had orange peel and field floral spices. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus at the front and potpourri spices at the finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.

It tastes like orange juice mixed with beer. Honestly could not finish it and I like pretty much every beer I drink. It even had the texture of orange juice as well.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange amber color with a big billowy white head. The head fades slowly over time to leave a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is big of a wheat and yeasty smell with a whole lot of banana and clove. Along with these aromas comes smells of coriander and some grass and a little bit of an herbal smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather drier wheat taste with tons of yeastiness right from the start. There is a little bit of a banana and orange taste right from the start, with the orange sweetness fading as the taste moves forward. Along with orange fading, comes a good deal of clove and coriander, which with the blend of wheat and yeas, and the drying of the taste due to the loss of the sweeter orange, it ends up leaving a drier and thinner wit taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is quite thin with a carbonation level that is rather average. A little thicker of a carbonation may have been slightly better, with a thicker body accentuating the yeasty and wheat flavors more. Overall it was just OK in feel.
Overall- A fairly decent wit overall. It has a nice drier taste with a lot of spice and yeast. The only thing really holding it back is its weak body, but otherwise it is a pretty good brew.

From BeerAdvocate Magazine #90 (July 2014):
Spicy, Prefumey, Bread, Yeast
Very aromatic with all of the right ticks of a Witbier, perhaps a bit bold with the coriander though it is not too overwhelming. With that there is nothing unique here, it just stays within style without rocking the boat which is fine but that can end up being not noteworthy and Witty does just that.
