My girlfriend took me here when I came to visit. Being that I currently live in Chicago I did not have the highest expecations for The Bridge and assumed it would ammount to a normal bar/restaurnt in my area. I was absolutely blown away by their tap list and bottle selection. They had a well balanced variety of styles and you can order all beer on tap in either a 4, 12, 20 or 64 oz size which makes for a great way to sample a variety of beers. The food was amazing as well (we had a variety of cheeses and cured meats). The prices were very reasonable with most 4oz pours being between $1 and $3. I have not stopped raving about this since I went. Next time I visit STL I will be sure to stop by again.

Nestled in the downtown business area, this is a bougy wine bar that happens to have a sneaky solid tap list of local beer. Nothing crazy to seek out, but if you already in the are pop in for a drink and a snack: Come for a local brown ale, stay for the charcuterie! Upscale vibe meets down to earth service.

This was our stop for beer in dinners during a recent business trip to St Louis.

There is a long bar along the west wall with a couple of different seating areas for diners.

55 taps of which 52 were beer and 3 were seltzers. Good selection by both style and breweries. Lines seemed in good shape and they offer multiple size options. Note they have a full bar and an extensive wine list .

Service was friendly but incredibly slow. They had plenty of folks working but none really seemed to be in any hurry to get orders, refills, etc.

The menu is small but they have some really nice charcutier options including make your own options.

I would return as I liked their beer selection and didn't find any comparable spot during my three day visit.

Visited in Sep 2017 while in St. Louis on business.

Billed as a tap house and wine bar specializing in charcuterie and fine cheese. Yes, please! The experience did not disappoint. The decor and atmosphere was modern, simple and upscale. The service staff was attentive, professional and even knowledgeable about craft beer. The food menu was limited, but as expected, it featured cheese & sausage plates and eclectic, European-inspired hot dishes.

The tap list was impressive, with roughly 60 beers. They were from all over the US and were well-curated. There was a good sprinkling of local and regional Midwest brews that I was not previously familiar with. Anything on tap could be had in 4 oz sampler size, which allowed me to try many new beers. There were also over 100 bottles of beer available.

All in all, this is a great beer and food destination in Saint Louis, located walking distance from the Arch and Laclede's Landing. do yourself a favor and stop by.

upscale beer and wine bar, clean decor. bar and seating downstairs, most of the seating is upstairs. had dinner and drinks on a Sunday night. It was really crowded, so we ended up eating at the bar. Top notch beer list, both draft and bottle list. most lower abv drafts available in 4 oz / 12 oz / 20 oz pours. nice food menu of cheese & charcuterie, and entrees.

What an attractive spot for beer, wine, and spirits! The Bridge Tap House has a classy interior with dim lighting, a second floor, and an overall clean and decorated space. Several patrons at the bar on a Wednesday night, and the light chatting made me feel more comfortable during my stay.

Roughly 40 taps and over 100 bottles. The drafts are offered in multiple sizes, in 4, 12, 20, and even 64 oz, intervals. Many of the 20 ounce drafts going for $6-8, but with my short time in city, I decided to go with 12 ounce servings and being able to diversify my drinking. There's plenty to choose, with drafts pouring from Great River, Firestone, Anchorage, Civil Life, Bell's, New Belgium, Perennial, Stone, Summit, North Peak, Schlafly. In the bottle were Lindeman's, 4 Hands, Reissdorf Kolsch, Ommegang, Kiuchi, Schneider, Uerige, and Unibroue. The glassware was fine, however my three beers seemed very undercarbonated. It could be the way Bridge Tap House chooses to gas their drafts, but I was left wanting more bubbles after having 3 different beers.

This is a great, semi upscale beer oriented restaurant in downtown St Louis. Very reminiscent of places I have been to in several other cities it seems like they are focused on creating a great dining experience with both food and beer as integral parts. The service was good and while they were out of several things, the beer selection was solid; not truly memorable in and of itself but when combined with the rest of the experience excellent. The food was, like the beer selection, great but part of a place that managed to leave an impression of being more than the sum of its parts. Very much recommended if you find yourself looking for dinner in downtown St Louis.

Visited during lunch. I was the only one sitting a the bar.

Q - Maybe not entire tight on using proper glassware, but clean, etc. 4

Ser - Friendly and helpful. Didn't test them on their beer knowledge. 4.25

V -More is a wine bar vibe but a nice quaint bright, clean, welcoming feel. 4

Sel - 50+ taps with local, regional, national and international. Maybe the best tap list in town. And an extensive but similar bottle list. 4 and 12 oz of every beer on tap. 4.25

F - Had the shrimp and grits. It was a huge portion and tasted great! 4.5

Love this place. Huge tap selection of local Missouri beers and national breweries. No flights specifically but can order any beer in multiple serving sizes. Service is amazing with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food is great, locally sourced and part of the larger Bailey's group that has several restaurants downtown. Very fair prices. Vibe is more like a wine bar. If your in Downtown St Louis would highly recommend.

5-star cheese platter. 5-star nachos. 5-star beer selection. 5-star beer prices. 5-star atmosphere. 5-star neighborhood. 5-star service... I think I've covered all the bases? No seriously, as a craft beer fan you need to come here. You'd be a fool not to. I anticipate coming back whenever I next get the chance to return to St. Louis. Sauce on the Side and Bridge Tap House makes for a wicked one-two punch.

Not too long ago, I embarked on a solo 3000+ mile road trip that took me from New Jersey back to San Francisco, CA. My only solace for the long trip ahead was that I had set up my road trip so that I would end up at an amazing brewery at the end of each pit stop, and had friends in said cities that were able to put me up for a night or three.

Fast forwarding through some of the boring details, it struck me as I was driving through the buckeyed state of Ohio that the brewery I was planning to visit in the great city of St. Louis does not open until Wednesday every week, and I was scheduled to arrive at St. Louis late Monday evening. When I got to my first pit stop at Munster, IN, I fortunately ran into a St. Louis native who was able to confirm my tragic discovery, but at the same time, provide me with some great advice on where to purchase and drink beers from said brewery, even on a Monday evening.

And that brought me to Bridge Tap House and Wine Bar. First of all, I really love the ambiance here. There's something for everyone--if you're here to party and be a bro/a general noisy nuisance to everyone around, there's an area up the stairs for private parties; if you want to just come sit and enjoy the sun on a warm, but probably closer to muggy Missouri afternoon, there's a patio area right outside; but if you're like me, and prefer the more relaxed, lounge experience, Bridge Tap House is perfect for that as well.

I ordered the Charcuterie board and the Cuba, MO. First of all, this is probably the only place with an amazing beer selection (details to follow) that also lets you assemble your own Charcuterie, a task which was actually a little too intimidating for me to do alone, so I ordered their "house" Charcuterie board. I don't know what else goes inside the chicken liver mouse outside of the chicken liver, but I think this was the first time I ever tried to dip/spread anything and everything into a mousse of any sort and felt that I needed more spreading surface. TLDR; it's freaking brilliant. The Cuba, MO--despite its somewhat confusing moniker--was as perfect as the beautiful bartender that recommended and served it to me; I had no idea what Emmental cheese was prior to trying this culinary masterpiece (I actually had to google it prior to ordering) but its masterful combination with the mojo roasted pork turned me into a believer.

Finally, as promised, the beer. If you're looking for any of Missouri's finest craft beers (all the ones that don't start with "Bud" and end in "weiser") you are at the right place. Not only will you find your share of amazing Perennial/Boulevard/Schlafly brews both in bottles and on tap here, they also have a very meticulously curated and gigantic (over 30+) rotating selection of America's finest from California to Florida and back, plus an even more immense selection of rarer bottles available (this is another one of those few places where you should definitely check if Cantillon/Drie Fonteinen is in stock)

I will definitely be back in St. Louis to make up for the lack of Perennial/Side Project visit; if all else fails, I know I'll still have bridge tap house as a formidable pinch runner.

Made several trips here during a recent trip to St Louis.

V - Hip, modern décor. Makes a very good first impression. Bar is on the right side with an impressive number of taps, many of them local offerings - Perennial, 2nd Shift, 4 Hands, Civil Life, Urban Chestnut. Nice display of interesting and sometimes rare bottles on the wall behind the bar.

Q - Everything is top notch here - appearance, menu offerings, beer & wine offerings, service

S - Even when busy the bar service was excellent - generally two bartenders and an attendant for a relatively small bar (about 10 seats). Bartenders were friendly and knowledgable and could make suggestions for beers when posed with a question about the selection.

S - Beer selection was quite good. I really liked the breadth of local offerings on tap being a visitor to the area. Excellent bottle list also - was able to try Perennial 17 from the cellar. Lots of different styles represented - not just 30 taps of IPA's - saisons, sours, IPA's, stouts, wheats, Belgians...quite diverse.

F - Menu looked outstanding front to back. I stuck with simple cheese and charcuterie selections for some lighter fare. Unusual and quite tasty popcorn appetizers too. Plenty to choose from for all sizes of appetite and food preferences - not just simple bar food.

O - Really nice place that we were lucky enough to find. Great location downtown within walking distance of the stadiums/arenas and the arch.

Went there with my wife for the first time last week. I had been meaning to go there for a while, but was finally motivated to do so by the bartender at one of my regular brewpubs.

Great looking place, 55 brews on tap. Mostly microbrews but with a few good, hard to find on tap Belgian brews. We tried about six different 4oz. pours before ordering a pint each with our dinner. The food alone would be worth a trip to this restaurant/bar even without the great selection of beer. They seem to make most of their food from scratch including several different pickled veges of which we liked the cornichons best. Very nice mix & match cheese and charcuterie plates.

This place is the opposite of what most locals prefer, which is Bud Light and toasted ravioli. We are very happy that David Bailey, who is a well respected restauranteur with several other successful restaurants, opened the Bridge Tap House. Highly recommended.
