A-golden, slightly hazy with a nice sticky white head

S-hits a with a good funkyness that really massages the nostrils. some banana spice in there as well.

T-enters with a light taste of pale belgian spices and surrounds the mouth with a very mild, though noticeable, funkyness. there's a faint after-taste of bananas and allspice. its a fairly complex beer, the initial seems to be very flavorful, though it slowly transitions in to boringness

M-creamy soft carbonation with a fairly dry finish

O-this might have been my first sour from such a small brewery. it was really a decent attempt! out around here, sours are extremely rare so i bet this is a much appreciated treat to local BAs. its a bit too mild in my opinion though, border lining with some belgian pale ales. it has some work to go, but this could be the start of a great sour some day.
