22oz bottle into a tulip. Pours a somewhat hazy honey/amber with a 1-finger head that settles quickly to a lay of sea foam.
Aroma is likewise a little murky and indistinct. Some sweet caramel malt and sticky mango... not quite what I expect from a fresh hop ale.
Taste is unique, but I like it better than the smell. Clean pale malt, lemons, maybe a little spice. The orange-citrus taste of the Mosaic is there, but it's not very distinct.
Mouthfeel seems a little flat, watery. Carbonation seems off.
Overall, something of a disappointment. Everything just seems a little muddled. Thought I'd give this one a try but I wouldn't buy it again.
