On tap at the Cajun Cafe. Served in a taster.

Appearance - Black body that stains the glass. Looks viscous. Small khaki head.

Smell - Peaty whiskey aroma. Dark chocolate. Lots of caramel. Smells sweet.

Taste - Rich chocolate. Whiskey flavor dampens the sweetness of the beer. Deep caramel. Lactose from the dulce de leche is strong. It's got a lactic twang to it too.

Mouthfeel - Thick. Chewy mouthfeel. Sweet and boozy.

Overall - I prefer the base beer to these barrel treatments. I don't think the lactose from the dulce de leche does well in the barrel. (561 characters)
