Crowler into a 22oz snifter. The brew appears a hazy golden color with a finger of white cap resting atop.
The smell is dank, herbal, pulpy and zesty. A nice nose on this but nothing too unique about it to really drive home the feel of this single hop iteration.
The taste is herbal with pulp and a pleasant catty character to the finish blends with mild zestiness. I dont recall ever being exposed to a brew with just this hop so its unique to have this as a learning experience. It certainly shares some familiarity to simcoe in my opinion.
This is a medium to light bodied brew with moderate carbonation. Another enjoyable offering that I would drink a lot of if i had easy access to.

Had this on-tap at the brewpub. If you haven't been to this place, you should. Pretty amazing....
Served in a pint glass.
A: Poured a very cloudy, light tangerine color, with a white peppery head that stuck around for a bit.
S: This was fruity, yet understated. Nice citrus notes under a bed of yeast.
T: Kinda boozy, but it was of the candy-coated variety that makes you want to come back for more. Lots of orange as opposed to grapefruit.
M: Smooth as hell, not too sweet, and the carbonation was top notch.
O: This was a noble entry into Peg's lineup.
