Had this on-tap at the awesome brewpub.
Served in a pint glass.
A: Poured a fairly cloudy, gold color, with a sticky white head to boot.
S: Smelled like it was going to be crisp and hoppy. Totally fresh and not overbearing in any way.
T: And it definitely WAS crisp and hoppy. Tons of grapefruit and whole leaf astringency without too much of a West Coast flair.
M: The carbonation was great and perfect for this style. Moderate lacing.
O: This was truly a great APA and ranks up there with the big dogs.

On tap at Peg’s brewpub. Cycle brewing series. Bitter, big IBU taste, from big citra? But always hard to tell the hops. Grapefruit, lemon, a little astringent. Cloudy grapefruit colour. Hoppy aroma.Very decent pale, outside of the acid. Sutably carbonated.

First had: on tap at Peg's, Gulfport, FL
Extremely tasty pale ale here, verging on IPA territory, and reminiscent of the fresh hoppy goodness you'd expect from Hill Farmstead. Pale banana yellow liquid, cloudy, loaded with floaties, with a nice white head that receded to a thick ringlet and left lots of lacing on the glass. Burst of fresh hops in the nose, lemon zest and fresh-cut grass. Taste was similarly crisp and hoppy, lemon, grass, with a biscuity pale malt base that took a back seat, but was still present, blending with the hops mid- to end-palate to create a somewhat floral effect. Crisp, medium body, refreshing and full of flavor. Very nice overall.
