Had a pint of this at the brewpub and brought a growler home to enjoy several hundred miles away. Cheers!

Served in a 3 Stars Brewing glass.

A: Poured pretty dark. Darker than most browns even. Brown-red color with an off-white head that clung to the glass and then some.

S: So much velvet in their beers. This one is not brown sugar heavy at all. It had a decent hop component with sort of a buttery, leather-like disposition.

T: Smooth as silk and infinitely drinkable. Seriously, this is quite possibly the most drinkable brown I've ever tasted. Brown butter, a hint of sugar, and a nice bitter slap.

M: The carbonation was perfect, along with the lacing. This was some seriously drinkable shit!

O: It was a different experience trying this one in pint form at the brewery. I was totally in awe of the brewery at that point (and I guess I still am). Sitting down on my couch enjoying this one in my pajamas was just the Peg's experience I needed. Great beer! (967 characters)
