This beer is retired; no longer brewed.

It's no secret that we like to party, and sometimes it gets wild. So we took the Westbrook's refreshing Gose and cranked up the volume a bit, adding a massive dose of citra & amarillo hops, then fermented it with various strains of brettanomyces... Go Westbrook, it's your birthday, get funky!!

Served from a bomber into a Hill Farmstead stemmed tulip.

Appearance- Cloudy yellow with half finger of white head that left nice lacing.

Smell- Extremely funky. Lemon, brett, light wheat elements, some citra hops. Very funky, yeasty, and lemony.

Taste- Very sour lemon up front, light salinity, brett funk, herbaceous hops. All over the place. Extremly sour.

Mouthfeel- High carbonation, very light body, brett dryness, mouth watering acidity.

Overall- What an interesting beer! very sour and drinkable with a nice blend of sour citrus, herbaceous hops, and brett funk. (575 characters)

Poured from a bomber bottle into 3 10oz Tired Hands glasses.
Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a 2 finger fizzy head that lingers unlike the base beer.
Striking tart yet full of brett fruitiness on the nose. Hops are present as well.
The dry hopping adds a little bitterness and lemon zest to the already salty Westbrook Gose. Incredibly fruity and tart.
This is by far the nicest gose style beer I have tried. (414 characters)

From tasting notes. L: A 1” fizzy white foam collar crowns a pale, hazy straw pour. S: Tangy, wheat with a hint of lemon. T: Very tangy lemon with a pinch of salt over light bread seasoned with coriander. The salt helps balance the lemony tartness. F: Light, tart, dry, and effervescent. O: A very refreshing summer beer. (323 characters)
