A-straw colored and opaque with a good all white head.
S-Herbal and a little spicey. Personally the strongest notes are basil and sage followed by some lemon.
T-lightly hopped and peppery with hints of honey-like sweetness followed by a very clean and dry finish.
M-has a nice bite to it and a very refreshing clean dry finish
O-very good, I think I prefer it over the Stateside but both were quality saisons. The herbal and hop flavors in this one were a little more interesting. Both capture that great summery quality that makes saisons so enjoyable.

Pastel honey color with a massive two and a half finger head of off-white. Almost meringue-like foam consistency.
Bright and lightly tangy farmhoues yeast in the nose with powdery spice notes, accenting the white sage, hints of pepper, and dry basil. Hints of lemon and chalky pale malts and slight tartness.
Very dry and very powdery. Almost champagne-like in carbonation and somewhat in flavor. White wine, dry white sage, coriander, yeast cake, soda crackers, hard water salinity, and apricot skins. Perhaps, a touch of grains of paradise.
Medium body with a medium piquant carbonation. Feels good.
Cellar Door is a tasty saison with a good deal of complex flavors and unique textures.
