Brewed with whole juniper bushes, farmhouse ale yeast (brettanomyces) and a touch of smoke. Like a Viking Saison, yeah.

22oz bomber, no visible date on it
A — Pours a light caramel color, slightest bit of haze to it, just a light and off-white colored head sits on top as well.
S — Smells of light yeasty esters, little bit of a pine and juniper hint on the nose.
T — Taste is dominated by smoke, major smokiness here, but under it all there is a real vegetal, burnt character as well. Like a juniper bush got incinerated and put in a beer. Wish there was a better balance of flavors.
M — Medium bodied, quite a long and lingering finish.
O — OK overall, could use more balance of smoke and vegetation.

L: Hazy strawe under a 2” clingy off-white foam collar. S: fruit, faint banana and herbs. T: Spicy, some citrus, restrained yeast flavors, not much funk. Off-dry finish. F: Creamy and smooth, light to medium light, medium high carbonation. O: Delightful, refreshing saison.

Bottle.
Appearance: hazy yellow with a huge head at pour. Upon opening, bottle erupted from the carbonation (not from shaking). Small chunks of yeast at bottom of glass. Docked a few points for that.
Smell: barnyard. Yeast. More county fair where the livestock hang out. Sheep pen at the county fair.
Taste: see above....with a tartness and a funk factor.
Mouthfeel: highly carbonated. Medium body. Dry. Tart.
Overall: this is a great farmhouse ale. Full of funky horse-blanket flavors. Not for your average beer drinker, but a great representation of the style. Well done.
