Poured from a 22 ounce bottle into a glass in Sacramento. From notes. Reviewed July 2014.
4.25/4.5/4/4.25/4
A: Hazy and effervescent. Gorgeous head and lace.
S: Incredible. Orange peel. Lemon zest. Interesting yeast.
T: Pleasant. But, indeed, quaffable. Quite hoppy. Only a hint of Brett but it's so delicious.
M: Quenching. Bitter. Great!
O: This is a delicious beer and an excellent concept. Well recommended.

Appearance: Slightly hazy yellow body with a huge cap. Chunks of airy lacing.
Aroma: Grassy hop, mixed ale fermentation esters (in order of intensity) of farmhouse pepper, Belgian fruit, brett funk and cherry pie crust.
Flavor: Flavor follows aroma, but intensities change. Grassy and peppery up front. Fruity/funk yeast is present but faint.
Mouthfeel: High carbonation, light body, bone dry, and very refreshing.
