12 oz bottle, dated 8/29/13, poured into a tulip
A- A semi hazy golden straw color with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus hops, lots of yeast, kind of a bready/musty mix, grassy, floral, fruity.
T- Cirtus/grapefruit, sweet malt backbone, nice funk/mustiness, bitter finish that is a mix of floral/herbal hops and piney hops, finish really lingers.
M- Smooth, medium body, perfect amount of carbonation.
O- Another great beer from Stillwater. Love the label and the price of four packs. This is a balanced mix between a Saison and an IPA, and it is very easy to drink!
