Huge thanks to Alanna and Richard for getting me this brew!
A: Pale yellow pear in color, a low amount of white head on top.
S: Hoptacular! Grapefruit, orange peel and pine.
T: Lightly hoppy, with notes of grapefruit, and orange peel, the finish turns a little towards the resinous side. I wish there was a little more malt presence. While this is a nice light session beer, it comes off a little watery.
M: Light, and refreshing with high carbonation. There is a little linger in the finish from the hops.
O: I like the hop profile, just wish there was more malt. The balance is a little off, and it comes off as watery.

This beer surprised me with the first sip. Very citrusy, but the grapefruit really wrecks the palate for an otherwise sessionable beer. Better stick with this one from the start of your session to the end. Once I got over the initial shock of the first sip, this beer is quite good. Slight head when poured into a glass, leaving very little lacing. Poured a dark amber. Once again, very citrusy nose, and above normal carbonation.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours a pale yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves great lacing and retention. The aromas have a nice amount of citrus. Some ripe grapefruit. Some tangerine as well. Even some strawberry. It's also slightly tropical with some pineapple and coconut. Some bread. Pine needles too. The flavors are very sharp and bitter. Very crisp. Lots of pine. Very dry. Very earthy. Lots of grass. More citrus. Although this is a light beer, it feels medium-bodied with fizzy active carbonation. Very smooth. This is obviously an easy drinker.
This is a nice "Session IPA". This one packs a punch for being such a small beer. Well crafted.
