Ghosts flutter when the cork is removed. Pours a dark orange with a powerful overflowing head.
Funky! Pungent musk, mold, sour lemon, unripe apple, oak and a touch of sweets. The hair raising smell let's me know I'm in store for a wild one.
None of the off-putting smells reach the taste? Maybe a bit of funk but mostly getting nothing but pleasing floral notes and sweet sugary treats all wrapped up in delicate oak. Wonderful beer.
This beer tastes light and airy. Carbonated nicely, the pungent flavors match the spritzy bubbles.
A very solid drink, my first gueuzer actually. I love sours so I knew I'd be a fan of this style.
