A: Hazy orange body with two finger white head. Good amount of lacing. Looks delicious.
S: Sour yeast, sweetness, oak, citrous, some barnyard funk.
T: Taste follows the nose, but it's not as sweet as expected. Also, it's not as sour or puckering as I expected. It's quite bready, you really get the oak/woody-ness. Sourness and the citrus (lemon) kick in again towards the middle and the finish. Very nice, although for some reason, I originallyl thought this beer would be more sour and mouth-puckering. Some reviewers below mention that this beer is tart, but I am not sure if I agree. It's for sure acidic, but it's more of acidic sourness than tartness, imo.
M: High carbonation, medium body, dry finish.
O: Glad I got to try this. Surprisingly easy to drink and refreshing.
