A- Pours a nice 1.5 finger head over a gorgeous amber body. Thick lacing is prevalent.
S- Nice malty backbone, resinous hops, notes of almost maple syrup backed by light pine. Earthy and balanced.
T- Starts out with a nice malty backbone, backed by some great earthy hops. Very clean transitioning into a nice long dry finish.
M- Nice light carbonation really blends nice with this silky body.
O- A very nice English IPA. Exactly what it should be, balanced with earthy hops showing through.

My favorite IPA! Appearance was darker than expected and did not have the brash bitterness that often comes with the choice of a pale ale. The hops were delightfully balanced and gave a fresh punch at the front of my mouth and finished well. It paired exceedingly well with a medium salsa and the spice of South American cuisine. A prime drink indeed!
