Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving.

16oz can. Date stamp on bottom has the canning date at the end of the second week of June, 2023. Slightly illegible.
Clear, pale amber colored body. Longer lasting off white head. Left behind are wide horizontal bands of lacing.
Aroma has caramel malts and floral/herbal hops.
Taste is sweet with the caramel malts, and slightly spicy from the earthy/herbal hops. Somewhat bitter tone in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. with some stickiness. Drying in the finish. Very good carbonation.
Similar to pine boughs dipped in caramel and then squeezed for the juice.

Draft at taproom. Dark, clear amber, small creamy head. Aroma is caramel malts. Taste follows with a bit of sweetness, mostly caramel, light bitterness. Northern IPA seems a lot like the English...

This one surprised me by having a deep amber color, almost clear, with a light tan head. Slightly sweet aromas of malt, dried fruit and pine...mainly malt. Predominately bitter hops on the palate with some breadiness. Id say a little on the light side in terms of mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Based on the color, I was expecting something with more sweet maltiness and more of a heft on the tongue. Not bad and something that would fit the bill when you are looking for a hit of bitterness in a beer, but not the typical IPA predominant on today's shelves.

Rocky, beige head. Medium, deep orange and caramel look. Soft, caramel malt aroma, with a bit of an edge to it. Good, hard, floral hop bite. Medium toasted, caramelized malt backbone.
