Poured from a bottle into a tulip.
Pours a slightly hazed orange-gold with retrained head but good lacing with staying power.'
The aromas are acceptably restrained for the style, although they are a little muddled. Still pleasing--citrus, grassy, and soapy notes.'
The brew has a good mixture of fruity and pale malt up front mixed with just a slight tingle of resiny hops. Some bready and citrusy flavors arrive in midstream, giving way to some mild resin and soapy flavor at the finish. Very tasty and well balanced.
The brew is medium bodied but feels lighter than that in many ways. Well carbonated and with a slight drying finish.
One of the better APA's I've had recently, and better than Fulton's more well-known Lonely Blonde, I think.

On tap at the brewery. Deep orange, clear body. Smells of bready malt, a hint of caramel, and a touch of citrus. Not the most aromatic. Tastes a little more interesting. Bready, fruity, and a bit of caramel malt. Tastes like an English pale ale. Faint bit of citrus and a touch of bitterness. Medium body. It’s not bad, but it isn’t what I expected or really what I wanted to drink based on the description.

This is a pretty refreshing beer. It pours a pale brownish orange, slightly hazy with a thin head. The hops smell like pine primarily, but there's a very strong malt presence too. It's actually sort of overwhelming. There's a bit of a cracker scent as well. Thankfully it's not overbearing in taste. The hops and malt are very well balanced, but nothing comes through in particular. It's not bad, just sort of bland. It's a nice, bubbly, sticky mouth feel with a slightly dry finish. The bubbles are a little sharp. Overall, very refreshing, but not flavorful enough to hold my interest.

One finger head from the pour, cloudy copper color. Citrus hops, and a little too much in the way of spicy hops, some malt, a bit of pine, and a hint of wheat are all on your palate. Typical American Pale Ale, maybe a little to much in the way of hippiness.

Pours a clear copper color. 2/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of citrus hops, spicy hops, earthy malt, hint of pine, and a hint of wheat. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, spicy hops, earthy malt, hint of pine, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of wheat. Overall, good aroma, decent body, too carbonated, and nothing special.

Aroma is the best part here with a perfume, slight hop approach. Flavor is mostly bitter, slight hop flavor, fairly dry. Body is a touch thin. Has a lingering unpleasant bitter finish..
