Had this beer while traveling through Corvallis at the Flat Tail Brewery. It was on tap and poured a dark gold color. It had a thin lace that stayed throughout. It had a sweet smell, but followed up with a better taste. The flavors last for a long time.
The feel was very smooth and creamy, it wasn't thick but it definitely had substance to it. It was a good ale poured into a typical pint glass.

22 oz bottle from Roths Sunnyslope store on S Liberty Salem. $4.59 Nice clear golden ale with a large frothy, rocky white head. Spicy hop aromas..maybe some resiny in there too.,some pper and some nuts also. For all that stuff squeezed into here this certainly is a well balanced APA, noting overwhelms but nothing stands out except perhaps the hot pepperiness of what i assume is the Rye..that comes through a the end and is pleasing. Nice mouthfeel to this one, lowish carbonation works well. Overall a nice balanced beer with a hint of pepper that pleases

The brewers tribute to Journey. Brewed with rye and vienna malts, fermented with a kolsch yeast at 54F. On draught at The Bier Stein, Lovin' Hoppin' Squeezin' is clear gold with an small off-white head with very fine bubbles, leaving foamy lace.

Smell is pretty soft, some sweetness mostly, not quite as hoppy as advertised, but there's some nice citrus, orange and lime.

Taste is pretty complex for a session ale, the vienna adds a really tasty bread note, with the rye contributing some citrus. The citrus hops show up as well, in both flavor and bitterness.

Mouthfeel is creamy, light bodied, dry.

Drinkability is good, a well made ale, complex and sessionable.
