Served from a growler into a globed glass.
A- Poured a light hazy golden color with a fluffy bright white head that left dense and chunky lace.
S- Big belgian yeast, pear, banana, and apple notes. Very juicy and fruity aroma with some light spiciness.
T- Big belgian yeast, banana, pear, apple, lemon, lime, peach, apricot, grapefruit, and some spicy notes. Really juicy and fruity flavor profile with moderate bitterness.
M- Light bodied, prickly carbonation, refreshing, and very dry.
O- A really refreshing and complex, fruit forward Belgian style ale. Very flavorful for 4.2% ABV. Big fruity hops that are fairly pungent but balanced extremely well with the belgian yeast notes.

On draught at Bailey's, Little Green is a clear, pale gold with a small white head leaving light light lace.
Smells is dank hops. Not well versed in Mosiacs, a hot new hop around town, but I'm getting lots of resin, and so much mint I'd guess it dry hopped with fresh mint leaves. This would make a killer mojito like beer cocktail!.
Taste is all hops up front, super pungent, lots of resin, less the mint, with a yeasty mid-palate and bitter, clean finish.
Mouthfeel is light, dry, oily.
Drinkability is high, this is a really pungent BIPA. Flat tail refers to it as a Saison x IPA, but the hops are so pungent that I'm not getting a lot of distinct character from the yeast strain, other then a generally yeasty quality with some spicy esters. But the hops are dank, and I'm digging it. Factor in the low ABV and this is a killer session ale.
