They changed to brown bottles. 330ml, And changed ABv as well I guess: 4,7%. (As i read there seems to be a USA brewed version, maybe these are slightly different?)
Barley and wheat malt, hops, coriandre seeds and orange zest.
Poured in a straight Vedett glass, medium carbonation, medium bubbles, 2 finger white head.
Poured pretty cold at around 3-4 degrees celcius (3 is recommended).
Smells biscuity with some citrus fruit notes, orange and a bit of lime.
Mouthfeel is very nice bit of tanginess of the orange, flows over in light sweet notes, and a slightlybitter, dry, herby aftertaste, making you want to drink more.
At 4,7ABV this is a very pleasant and drinkable Belgian White. Most recommended for binge drinking on hot summer days. Refreshing.

Poured from a can into a tulip pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy light straw color with a rocky head. Aroma and flavor feature light wheat, airy biscuit, coriander and clove spice, and hint of lemon. Overall a fairly light but quaffable witbier.

From the can, it pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a large white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing The nose gets spice and light malt. The mouth gets a pleasant light malt brew with some spiciness.

Bought a 4-pack 16oz cans $14.99 Whole Foods
30 days before best by date
Smell of coriander, bananas
Hazy golden color
Medium-light mouthfeel
Medium carbonation
Taste of coriander, banana, lemons
Overall ok. Not a real Belgian beer. Brewed in the USA. Since it says Belgian style I assumed it was made in America, but since it is listed as Belgian here by Duvel I thought I was wrong until I looked at the can.

Look: It pours straw with a bit of clouding. It has a white head with very good head retention.

Smell: It has a bit of a sweet aroma with spice and a bit of coriander. It has some lemon notes with a bit of dough.

Taste: It is quite spicy with lemon in support. There is a bit of coriander and pepper. It has doughy elements with a flowery compliment.

Feel: It has a medium light body with an after taste on the sweet side.

Overall, there are some nice flavors, but the overall balance it a bit towards the sweet and spicy side.

Look: cloudy golden with a nice, thick, foamy white head that dissipated to about a finger. Nice lacing.
Smell: strong smell of bread with a hint of orange.
Taste: similar to the smell - tastes of bread with a tiny bit of spice and an orange finish. Really refreshing flavor, just wish there was a bit more spice.
Feel: creamy and carbonated. Feels smooth with a refreshing pop from the carbonation.
Overall: a really refreshing drink. Love the bread flavor, just wish there was a bit more to the spice. Overall though, I love a good smooth drink and this sure hit the spot.

I knew in the back of my mind that Vedette was a brand owned by Duvel, whose management style I respect more than any. But mysteriously, Vedette is difficult to find in the Midwest. Yet Duvel-Moortgat's distribution in the U.S. is ever-growing (slowly due to our outdated laws and old boys clubs.) But, I knew I'd find Vedett and start with a 4-pack of their Wit. A good-to-great table ale, primarily because Duvel understands how yeast also is a culinary art.

Poured into my 150th Anniversary tulip for Duvel, Vedett's Extra White filled the top third with a billowing head and the foam remained active enough for the meal. Smells were a conventional wit, but clearly above average. Tastes are integrated well. More important, this Wit let the food do its work; which tonight was a nearly-famous rendition of my vegetable soup and my favorite baguette. (I am simple like a monk... and easy to please.) In my mouth, Vedett is a very wheaty soft and very cleansing of the palate. I want more and am glad I bought 4. I will note how well this improves different foods.

11/29/22 Tonight's copy was drunk too quickly; while I was still preparing dinner and before I got to the table. Vedett's Wit also is refreshing and a good aperitif. I hope to find more.

Poured from 16oz can with a best by of 01/06/2023. I don't believe that I have had this beer before let alone rated it which is remarkable. It is not the greatest witbier but it is a style that is disappearing so I am just glad that it is available. It has all the correct flavors and nothing is off, it is just a bit meek and light. Nicely carbonated.

The pour is a murky yellow color. The taste is banana bread, orange zest, wheat, & coriander. This was one of the better Belgian Wits that I've had. Cheers! B

Can. Paly hazy bright orange with lasting head and lace. Fruity orange tangy wheat/yeast and fairly good dose of coriander. Sweet orangy bready tangy with tangy tart orangy finish and lingering coriander. Medium body fairly low carbo for style IMHO. Good but too sweet and too much coriander.

Pours out a soft straw gold color, with a large, dense head. Nose offers fruity yeast scent, with a faint spiciness. The taste is spot-on, with more phenolic spiciness than I got in the aroma, well-attenuated wheat malt, and lots of yeasty fruitiness. Lots of carbonation, but light bodied. Good summer beer, especially here in Texas where we're suffering this year.

Pours a big pillowy rocky frothy 1.5 finger head with fair retention, messy lacing, mostly clear slight hazy and touch of sediment blonde color

Nose has a very distinct Belgian character, sweet blonde Belgian malt, creamy doughy wheat with some cake batter and honey cake, vanilla spice icing, mild phenol spices as well, fruity esters with mild pome fruit, citrus sweet orange, interestingly both banana and bubblegum,

Taste again has a distinct Belgian blonde malt with a bit of straw and lemongrass, doughy creamy wheat with cake batter, banana bread, honey, vanilla cake, mild phenol spices with the vanilla, plenty of fruity esters, orange candy, citrus and touch of lemony note as well, some pome fruit a bit like pear pie, a mild bubblegum, drier finish, a bit of bitterness and spicy tingly alcohol like character somehow

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, creamy, soft, med prickly carb

Overall nice beer, decent witbier in general with some Belgian blonde malt with it, good phenols and esters, a bit less traditional but still good
