Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a clear golden color. Some white head and lacing. Lighter nose. Faint malts, some grassy hops. The taste is good. touch of bitterness, grain and malts. A decent pils.

Pours clear gold with about an inch of light head.
Smell is mainly malt, some hops in there too, and slightly grassy. Very subtle overall, I like what I'm getting but some more of it wouldn't hurt.
Taste is grain up front, a bit sweeter than I would have guessed from the smell of it. Dough flavors with a bit of citrus, and a spicy hop finish. Very drinkable, definitely a pilsner but with some experimentation going on as well.
Feel is very smooth, and a bit thick for the style. Carbonation is light.
Overall this is a very drinkable spring beer, although it is not hugely memorable either. A crisper, lighter feel with a bit more of an edge to it would help everything along.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear pale golden straw color with an inch of head. Some lacing. The aroma is floral and citrus hops, sour Pilsner malt, cereal, and lightly toasted malts. The taste is the Pilsner malt upfront followed by some floral hops. Cereal and honey as well. Crisp finish. Light body. Overall, a decent Pils.

Clear bottling date (2/2/17). Clean and clear pale gold with fluffy white head. Smells minerally and minty. Taste is mellow grain. Very well balanced and a tiny lingering bitterness invites another sip. Perhaps not bold enough to be memorable, it is nonetheless solid and infinitely quaffable.

Pours a clear bright golden color with a small white head. Head is gone in a hurry and leaves minimal lacing.
The aroma is lightly floral with some faint piney hops and a ton of caramel malt.
The flavor starts off quite bitter and hoppy, then moves on to some sweet malt before once again finishing with spicy hops.
Feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A bit disappointing for the style. Finish is extremely dry and has moderate crispness.
Overall, a decent but disappointing pils. A little more hoppy than I'd prefer and the feel is simply too full and lacks the refreshing crisp finish I look for.

This beer pours a clear golden straw color with a fizzy one finger bright white head that dissipates quickly. No lacing. Smell is floral, grassy and earthy with some doughy and crackery malts. Taste is the same. Feel is off. Lacking that crispness that is my favorite attribute of a pilsner. No dry finish and very little carbonation. Overall decent, but not great.
