A - Hazy golden yellow. Very very attractive color. The head is kind of lacking - not too big, not much retention, and little lacing. Buttt...it is a blonde ale afterall.

S - Floral citrus and yeast. Some hops in there as well.

T - Follows the nose but pretty mild tasting overall. It's very very refreshing, however, and it fits its description as a summer ale.

M - A bit light. Definitely not too light or "lacking anything" at all, but a bit light. Carbonated well and well crafted overall.

D - Very very drinkable. I have a growler and it will be perfect for this night. Sessionable, light, refreshing, and pleasant. Glad this place just opened down the street. I'm impressed with what I've tried so far from Wormtown - it's ambitious and my money's on it getting even better in time.

Growler picked up at the brewery.

Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a 1" off-white head over the almost clear golden brew. Pillowy head falls slowly, with fleeting lace that leaves small chunks now and again. Aroma is lightly sweet, with an almost tart undercurrent. Taste is balanced sweet and tart, with a citrus hops close. Mouthfeel is smooth, and drinkability is easy. A good summertime brew.

Had on tap @ Prezo in Milford, MA.

A: 1 finger fizzy head fades semi quickly over mostly clear golden pale yellow color.

N: Semi yeasty actually, with some light malts, a little lagerish almost. Semi sweet, with a little wheat, a touch of lemon grass and citrus.

T: A nice lager taste with creamy and toasty malts, some wheat, a little light fruit, and a touch of yeast. It adds some citrus and lemon grass again, with some juicy mouth watering flavors, and a crisp clean taste. There is also a touch of light hop bitterness.

M: Lighter body with decent carbonation.

F: Dry finish, with lingering yeasty lager flavors, some wheat and toasty malts, touch of sticky sweetness. A little floral hop bitterness hidden in there as well. It's got a nice finish as well, lighter, crisp and clean, and very refreshing.

My good buddy Chris brought this back from Wormtown for me (unexpected, this guy is the best!).

The look of the beer as it sits in my pint glass is a clearish golden color with a head that dies a super quick death. Leaves no lacing. The smell is fairly light and soft with light malt scents. The taste is fairly good with a belgian yeastiness that surprised me. A hint of bubblegum on the back end. The mouthfeel is light and leaves a mild after taste.

Overall, the best part of this beer is its name. Then the flavor. I really appreciate this gift growler but I will probably not seek this brew out again.
