On tap at The Yard House
A - Hazy orange with cirtrus tones and two fingers of off-white head with good retention. No lacing in the tumbler.
S - Citrusy hops. Grapefruit, orange, some grassy lemon. Nice nose, fairly strong.
T - Nice hop profile, mostly citrus and slight floral and pretty hop-forward. Back end is more bitter and dry and biting. Solid backbone.
MF - Smooth, perfectly carbonated, medium body and goes down moderately easy.
O - A nice local IPA. Lots of hops and great feel.

Pleasant find during a recent dining out. Very hoppy as the name suggests, but won't overwhelm the pallet (it paired nicely with some pub fair). The ABV makes this one a little more drinkable than some similar style beers. I would definitely buy this in a store.

Beautiful deep golden color; hazy unfiltered appearance. Huge creamy white head that lasts and lasts; when it does die down a nice thick layer of foam remains on the surface of the beer and lots of sticky lacing remains on the sides of the glass. Wonderful hoppy aroma; made me want to drink the beer. Initial smooth malty flavor followed by a delicious smooth hoppy taste with a slightly dry finish. Delicious. Medium body due to being unfiltered, lots of initial carbonation and a slightly dry finish. Overall a great IPA; one of my favorites!

Thanks to jlindros. Beautiful head on this beer. It's a solid mass of white foam that sticks around for a long time and leaves solid rings marking each sip. The liquid is a cloudy golden mass of color. I don't put a lot of stock in appearance, but this is an attractive IPA. Aroma has a nice dose of hops backed with light malt and some good mineral character. The hops are sweet and pack a lot of citrus. Tangerine, grass, pine, grapefruit, mint, pear, green grape. It's a bit restrained and doesn't have the huge juiciness of some new IPAs, but what's there is quite nice and it's all sweet and rather mouthwatering. Moderate bitterness. Quite dry. More mineral flavor. Some light, doughy malt. Good flavor from the hops. It never gets blandly bitter, which is more and more becoming a bright line test of hoppy beer quality for me. Tangerine, pine, grass, pepper. Some herbal and spicy hop notes. Light on the palate. Very easy to drink. Normal carbonation. Some hop oiliness. This is an excellent IPA. I think it would be even juicier fresh, and if not, they could use the same basic formula to pump that up. This is right in the same space as the new wave of top hoppy beers.
