had on tap at Prezo. A large fluffy 1.5 finger head fades semi quickly over crystal clear amber wheat orange color.
Nose has a kolsch with light malts, light fruits and lager like aroma crisp malts, light wheat and light grassy pale hops.
Taste is lighter, very crisp and clean. Light cracked wheat and straw, light crisp malts, plenty of lager goodness oozing from it with crisp yeast and light fruits. A nice grassy mild but lightly spicy hop character comes on strong as well with a nice flavor but mild bitterness. Finishes lightly spicy hopped and pretty clean and crisp. Mild sweetness starts and a nice semi dry finish.
Mouth is medium to lighter bodied with good carbonation.
Drinkabilty is great with very low abv, light and very crisp, and light mild grassy hops that have you craving more.

Was very fortunate to try this brew a little early. I guess thats what happens when you go to Peppercorns on a weekly basis and is a member of the Wormtown Mug Club. This brew is 5.5% and 24 IBU's.
A - Hazy straw colour with a white one finger head that fades to a thin cloud with light side lacing.
S - Light yeasty grain aromas along with some very light hop backings. A very refreshing and clean aroma with just a wonderful faint sweet aroma on the back.
T - Yeasty bread/grains upfront that one associates with this style followed by soem really nice citrus notes from the hop profile. Very light on the citrus with grain flavours throughout intermixed with a nice, not quite sticky honey flavour. Really solid take on this style that does not fall short of Wormtown and their expectations.
M - Medium carbonation that is typical for this style. Very light on the tongue and goes down easy but I cant help but feel that this is just a little watery in the mouth up front but does have a nice dry finish.
D - Crisp, clean, refreshing. This would be a wonderful summer beer. A very nice change of pace in wintertime, when everything tends to be heavy and dark.
