This was a one and done for the wormtown anniversary. Aged 4-6 weeks on cinnamon. Poured into a standard snifter.
A - Poured a murky hazel with a one finger creamy head that faded to leave a nice blanket with good side lacing.
S - Aromas of nice solid cinnamon. Very potent and clearly there to compliment the chocolate from the base beer. Nice and earthy fragrant cinnamon.
T - Oooohhh wow there is alot of cinnamon in this. First up front in the middle and in the end. So much tasty cinnamon and chocolate. A very good compliment to pro-am.
M - Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery. Expect more for the style but this just falls flat.
O - Overall this is a delicious beer if one liked cinnamon. Mouthfeel could se work but this was a very flavorful beer.

Tap at peppercorns
Very small head fluff, mostly hazy dark murky nut brown weird looking color.
Nose brings plenty of cinnamon, light nutty malts, hint of caramel and toffee, and even slight molasses, toasty brown malts.
Taste starts with plenty of cinnamon but doesn't get too heavy, toasty soft brown malts, light caramel and brown sugar but not very sweet, little nutty malt, some bitterness from light earthy herbal hops and some from the cinnamon I think. Finish is semi dry with lingering cinnamon that gets a bit spicy, light brown malts but not syrupy.
Mouth is lighter bodied, decent carb, wish the mouth was a bit bigger to balance the cinnamon but a bit thin.
Overall not bad, nice cinnamon addition, gets somewhat strong but not overpowering, and def there so not one if those beers that days cinnamon but you can barely tell.
