Foggy orange-gold body topped with a small, wispy white head. The aroma is fairly mellow to start...citrus, fruit, and Belgian yeast spiciness. The flavor is more pronounced overall. Rindy, pulpy citrus and fruit esters, floral hops, and peppery yeast. Hoppy and fairly astringent finishing with a solid bitterness. The lively carbonation along with the general young/green nature and dry bitterness results in a somewhat "sharp" take on the style. While not bad overall and certainly not unpleasant, it could use some smoothing out and balance between the hops and yeast with some increased malt character.
