A- Ruby tinted brown with a quickly disappaiting head.
S- Loads of barrel and yeast. Some rhubarb and cherry aromatics as well.
T- Puckering sour with loads of acid. Like drinking the first cherries of the season harvested two weeks early.
M- High in acid, so plenty of brightness and drying fresh textures. Weightless in the mouth.
O- A delicious Flanders red. You have to appreciate drying acids and funky yeast to love this one as it is loaded with intensity on the palate.

Pours a deep, slightly opaque red with an off white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Subtle carbonation. Aromatics are of sour cherry, discernible vinegar and faint wood. Sour cherry and light vinegar are present on the pallet. Slight oakiness and berries present. Complex, not too tart. Excellent starter beer if you're new to sours.
